Ship747 must declare the contents and value of your package to Jamaican Customs. Your invoice is proof of purchase and ensures smooth clearance.

Once your package is marked "ready", you have 10 business days to collect your package. These packages will incur storage fees of $50 per package per day. After that, storage charges will apply and packages will be marked "overdue".

Generally, our office is closed on Saturdays. However, in instances where we do open on Saturdays, a broadcast will be made via our WhatsApp channel.
Yes. Our Kingston office is located at 60 Montgomery Avenue, Kingston 10. Our Portmore office is at 12 Port Henderson Road (Fort Augusta Drive) inside Pirate Ship Seafood Restaurant.
We accept bank transfers and in-store cash payments. At this time, we do not accept card payments. For delivery orders, payments can be made either by bank transfer or in cash directly to our drivers.
